Rawalpindi Arts Council started Independence Day celebrations while holding a flag rally 'Tu Salamat Watan Salam Pakistan' to welcome Independence Day here on Wednesday. The rally was attended by scores of people including children, women, students, artists, and intellectuals. It was led by Naheed Manzoor flanked by Director RAC Waqar Ahmed and senior artists Anjum Habibi, Asma Butt, Masood Khawaja, Rahat Khan and others.
