PTI govt constantly making its image as an enemy of people, an enemy of media and an enemy of the poor: Liaqat Baloch.

LAHORE -- Deputy Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan and former parliamentary leader in national assembly Liaqat Baloch in a meeting with a delegation of electricity, petrol and gas consumers, business community said that business has come to a standstill due to increase in prices of electricity, gas and petroleum products. For manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, the economic wheel has come to a standstill due to the continuous rise in market receipts and rates.

Liaqat Baloch said that investors' capital is sinking, circular debt is steadily rising and the current account deficit has risen from 12 billion dollar to 17 billion dollar. The government has completely failed on the economic front and the people are no longer in a position to shout and shed tears. The economic crisis is taking a dangerous position for the entire state system. Unemployment has risen to more than 9 percent.

Liaqat Baloch in a meeting with journalists said that Jamaat-e-Islami stands principally with the freedom of press and responsible journalism.
