PTI Govt completely in favour of accountability: Ali Muahamad Khan.

ISLAMABAD -- Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Ali Mohammad Khan has said the government of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was completely in the favour of accountability and the process of accountability against all the corrupt people would be continued across the board.

Talking to a private news channel, he said the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) was completely an independent and sovereign institution while government has nothing to do with its official matters. He said the present Chairman NAB was nominated and appointed by the previous government of PML-N.

He said all the cases and references against Sharif family and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leadership were started in the tenure of previous government of PML-N.

He said the government has started welfare projects like 'Naya Pakistan Housing Society' and others for the poor people of the country. He said Prime Minister Imran Khan had started a shelter project for those homeless people who were living and sleeping on the roads.

Replying to a question regarding the political victimization in the name of fake accounts, he said 'what was the big deal if we were supporting and demanding accountability against those people who were involved in money laundering.'
