PTCL introduces Balochi language in its services.

KARACHI -- The Pakistan TelecommuniAcaAtion Company Limited (PTCL) has introduced Balochi language in its customer support services through automated helpline 1218.

PTCL said in a press release the initiative was a testament to the company's coAmmAitment to serving its customers in their local languages across the country. The PTCL had earlier also introduced Sindhi lanAAguage customer support in its service portfolio to serve its customers more effectively.
