PTCL customer services in Sindhi launched.

KARACHI -- Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) has announced the launch of its customer support services in Sindhi language from its helpline 1218.

The company had planned to launch the service earlier but it was delayed due to Covid-19 outbreak.

A PTCL spokesperson, Fariha Tahir Shah, said the company was now focusing on incorporating other regional languages in the near future to facilitate customer care throughout the country.
