Protests held against police failure to arrest journalist's killers.

SUKKUR -- Journalists held protests in Jacobabad and Kandhkot on Thursday demanding justice for heirs of senior journalist Aziz Memon who was killed in Mehrabpur on Feb 16.

In Jacobabad, journalists took out a rally which passed through different roads before reaching DC Chowk where participants held a sit-in.

The protesters' leaders Pervez Abro, Babu Hyder Magsi, Mukesh Kumar Ropita and others said that more than two weeks had passed since the killing of Aziz Memon but police had not been able to arrest the culprits involved in his murder.

They said that if lives of journalists were not safe then no one was safe. Lawlessness was the order of the day in Sindh due to police...
