IT has been observed that a majority of Shia clergymen in Pakistan insist that the mourning processions to mark Yaum-i-Ali, which will fall on Friday, will be taken out after seeing the green light for congregational prayers, including taraweeh during Ramazan.

In fact, it is a great occasion in the history of Islam, while it is also a challenge for the state to allow mourning processions in this pandemic situation.
