President calls for increasing cooperation with friendly countries in areas of economy, culture and defence.

Islamabad -- President Dr Arif Alvi has called for increasing cooperation with all friendly countries in the areas of trade, economy, culture and defence.

The President made these remarks while talking to the Residents Ambassadors-designates of Republic of Uzbekistan, Republic of Cuba, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Republic of Bulgaria and Argentina, who made separate calls on him in Islamabad on Monday.

He emphasized the need for enhanced engagements with the friendly countries at political, economic and cultural levels to further expand cooperation with them for the mutual benefits.
