Postponement of Board Meeting of Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited.
Karachi: Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that in view of the threat posed by evolving COVID-19 (Corona Virus) and current lockdown announced by the authorities, the Board of Directors meeting which was scheduled to be held on March 30, 2020 has been postponed till further notice.
Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on December 24, 2003. The company operates as a joint venture between two major groups in Pakistan namely Fatima Group and Arif Habib Group. The company produces fertilizers and industrial solutions to its customers. The stocks of the company are quoted on the Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad Stock Exchanges of Pakistan. The registered office of the company is located in Lahore and production plant is located at Rahim Yar Khan.
