'Political polarisation worsened despair in youth'.

OKARA -- University of Okara Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Sajid Rashid Ahmad says that the current despair in our youth is the result of lack of guidance while political polarisation has further exacerbated it.

The youth need to be cautious of the anti-state propaganda by the enemies of Pakistan as part of fifth generation warfare, he said while addressing a seminar held at the university to mark the Pakistan Resolution Day on Thursday. He added that the Pakistan Resolution Day reminded the people of the importance of unity and perseverance in the face of adversity.

International Relations (IR) Department Coordinator Dr Fakhra Shahid emphasized the need for Pakistan to maintain good relations with the emerging economies in order to promote regional stability and prosperity. She also highlighted the role of international diplomacy in achieving these goals.
