Police arrest man on charges of sodomising child.

RAWALPINDI -- Kallar Syedan police have arrested a man on charges of sodomising a seven-year-old boy after filing a case against him and an unknown accomplice, informed a police spokesman on Monday.

The accused has been identified as Asim and police also obtained his physical remand from a court of law, he added.

City Police Officer (CPO) Muhammad Ahsan Younas has appreciated Superintendent of Police (SP) Saddar Division Zia Uddin Ahmed and his team for netting accused, he said.

According to him, the grandfather of victim child lodged a complaint with Police Station Kallar Syedan in which he stated that a man namely Asim had lured his seven-year-old grandson for money and took him to a deserted place.
