PN chief witnesses operational preparedness.

KARACHI -- Chief of the Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi visited the command centre and forward posts in the Creeks area to witness operational preparedness and combat readiness of troops during the ongoing major maritime exercise Seaspark-20.

On his arrival at the Command Centre, the naval chief was received by Commander Karachi Vice Admiral Zahid Ilyas and briefed about the operational plans of the exercise.

Later, during his visit of forward posts located at the creeks area, the Chief of the Naval Staff was received by Commander Coast Vice Admiral Faisal Rasul Lodhi.

Comprehensive briefings regarding the ongoing operational activities, plans and deployment of assets and troops during the exercise were presented to the Naval Chief.
