PML-Q puts national interest above anything else: Chaudhry Shujaat.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid-e-Azam (PML-Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said Sunday that his party put national interest above anything else.

The PML-Q chief held a meeting with the party's senior vice president of the Punjab chapter, Salim Baryaar after which he spoke to media.

"We wholeheartedly support the PTI government's steps as its ally," he said.

Shujaat said that the PML-Q will try to thwart every attempt aimed at promoting chaos in Pakistan. He said that it was important for economic stability that Pakistan was safe from external threats.

He urged political parties to solve political problems in the country together.
