PML-N seeks early release of its Bajaur leader.

PESHAWAR -- Pakistan Muslim League-N provincial president Engr Amir Muqam has condemned the arrest of Jalaluddin, son of former MNA Shahabuddin from Bajaur tribal district and asked for his early release.

In a statement here on Saturday, he said the action proved that FCR still existed in the tribal districts.

He directed the PML-N MPAs to raise the issues in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly and force the government to free him without delay.

He claimed that the deputy commission of Bajaur had misused his official powers just to appease the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf leadership.

He said such actions were meant to victimise opposition parties' leaders and keep them away from the political activities at a time when the preparations for election campaign had been started in the tribal districts.

The leaguer asked Chief Minister Mahmood Khan to take notice of the arrest of PML-N leader and order his early release.
