PML leadership thanks German envoy for his govt taking care of Corona affected Pakistanis.

Lahore -- PML leadership on Thursday thanked German Ambassador to Pakistan Dr Bernhard Stephen Schlagheck for his government taking care of covid-19 affected Pakistanis in his country.

The PML leadership expressed his sentiment while meeting with the German envoy who along with First Secretary Christian Boettcher called on President Chaudhry Shujat Hussain and Chaudhry Parvez Elahi in Lahore

On this occasion, bilateral trade, current domestic and global political situation and other issues of mutual interest were discussed. The German Ambassador inquired about the well-being of Chaudhry Shujat Hussain.

Ch Shujat Hussain specially thanked the German government for dealing with the Pakistanis suffering from corona in Germany.

Acting Punjab Governor Ch Parvez Elahi called for strong ties between Pakistan and Germany.

He said that overseas Pakistanis are cooperating for the development of Germany, German products are very popular in Pakistan, and public relations between the two countries need to be further enhanced.
