HYDERABAD -- The leaders of the seed dealers association including its president, Syed Nadeem Shah, General Secretary Muhammad Nawaz Nizamani, Yousuf Rajpar and Atif Qaimkhani while addressing a press conference on Sunday expressed concern over the decision of the Federal Government to handover the powers of the Federal Seed Certification and Registration Department to the Government of Sindh under the 18th amendment. The speakers also said that the Sindh Agriculture Extension Wing is the most corrupt department of Sindh and if the powers of certifying seeds are given to this department then the problems of Sindh's seed traders and dealers will increase manifold...
