PM reiterates to promote, protect investment in country.

KARACHI -- Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the government is determined to promote and protect investment in the country.

He stated when he interacts with a delegation of PSE led by Sulaman Mehdi on Sunday. Representatives of PSX and stock brokers were part of the talks.

The Prime Minister said vast opportunities of investment are available in Pakistan. He said foreign investors are expressing keen interest to invest in various sectors of the economy.

Imran Khan said the approach of incumbent government regarding business and investment is different from the previous governments. He said necessary steps are being taken to bring stability in the market.

The Prime Minister sought suggestions of businessmen to further improve business environment in the country.

The delegation welcomed Imran Khan as a Prime Minister of Pakistan. It also apprised him of the issues of stock market and brokers.
