Plot allotment case: IHC serves notice to 9 bureaucrats including principle secretary to PM.

ISLAMABAD -- Islamabad High Court (IHC) while issuing notices to respondents on the petition filed against allotment of plots to 9 bureaucrats including principal secretary of Prime Minister (PM) has sought reply from them. .

Munawar Iqbal Dogal counsel for the petitioner former cabinet secretary Abu Ahmad Akif appeared in the court while Nazir Jawad advocate represented Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF).

The counsel for petitioner argued notification was issued by housing ministry for allotment of plots to 23 persons. Those who were allotted plots were lifted from the last numbers of the list. According to FGEHF rules plot is allotted on the basis of age and experience. My client was retired in grade 22 but plot was not allotted to him.
