I HAD to cancel my visit to Pakistan recently due to the global outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). This meant the cancellation of a number of flights and hotel bookings in Australia, Thailand and Pakistan.

For cancellation of these bookings I had to contact the relevant airline and hotel reservation offices either by phone or email or both except for one company - Pakistan International Airlines.

I had booked my domestic flights online from PIA's website and made full payment using my credit card at the time of booking. I followed the same process with my other flight and hotel bookings.
