PDM has failed to get support of people: Qaiser.

SWABI -- National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser said on Saturday that Pakistan Democratic Movement had failed to get the masses' support as its leaders hatched conspiracies against the elected government of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf.

He was addressing a public meeting here at Pabini ground after inaugurating a gas supply project in the area which would cost Rs440 million. It was also attended by minister for elementary and secondary education Shahram Khan Tarakai, CM's adviser Abdul Karim, MPAs and other leaders of the ruling party.

Mr Qaiser said that those who looted the nation with both hands had now ganged up against the PTI government, but the people knew what they really wanted.

'We will continue to work for the people's welfare and no one can stop the government from making the country strong and prosperous,' he remarked.

The NA speaker said the PDM leaders' entire struggle was to save the wealth amassed through illegal means. He said the government had devised a plan to make them accountable to the people of the country.
