I would like to bring to your attenAtion that the Government of PakAistan has temporarily ceased the issuance of 100: page passports, as confirmed by the Passport OfAfice. While this may cause inconveAnience, the passport office has exApressed regret for any disruptions this might cause.

This decision aligns with the DiArectorate General's (DG) of ImmiAgration and Passports' initiative to introduce electronic passports (e: passports) nationwide. The transiAtion to e: passports began in IslamAabad and has since been expanded to all passport offices across the country, following the federal govAernment's introduction of e: passAports in June.
