Pakistanis in China: High court seeks govt reply.

LAHORE -- The Lahore High Court on Friday directed the federal government to submit its reply to a petition seeking an order to bring back Pakistani citizens stranded in China following coronavirus outbreak.

Representing a public interest petition, Advocate Farhat Manzoor contended before the court that the government decided not to repatriate Pakistanis trapped in China as flights operation to and from China had also been suspended. He said the families of those stranded in China were so mush worried about their safety.

The lawyer argued that the government should take measures to repatriate its citizens from China safely. He said medial camps could be established at all airports to medically examine the passengers arriving from China.
