I MADE about four complaints at the Prime Minister's Citizens' Portal regarding an electricity connection issue. But each time CEO of Sukkur Electric Power Company (Sepco) closed my complaints without providing any relief.

He even used unparliamentary words in the reply of my last complaint, telling me no more complaints should be made.

Ultimately, I made a complaint against the CEO on Jan 22 on the Citizens' Portal having complaint number SD220120- 6465059. Shockingly, the prime minister's office forwarded the complaint to the same person against whom the complaint was lodged. How can a CEO initiate an inquiry...
