LAHORE -- A sessions court issued notice to cyber crime wing of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on a petition by TikTok fame girl Sandal Khattak against alleged harassment and summons issued to her.

Through her counsel, Khattak pleaded that she was a law-abiding citizen and got fame on TikTok, an android social media video application. She said she had never been involved in any illegal activity but the FIA started issuing her summons following some unknown inquiries.

She said the agency had not disclosed any reason for issuing her the summons. She asked the court to restrain the FIA from causing her and her family harassment and also to set aside the summons.

Additional District and Sessions Judge Misbah Khan heard initial arguments of the counsel and sought a reply from cyber crime wing of the FIA by Feb 4.
