LAHORE -- Lahore High Court Chief Justice Mamoon Rashid Sheikh on Thursday issued a notice to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on a petition of Punjab Assembly Speaker Pervaiz Elahi challenging a fine on him for violating code of conduct during the 2018 general election.
