Not worrying about my future, sole focus is on SA series: Misbah.

KARACHI -- Pakistan men's team head coach Misbah-ul-Haq is not worrying about his future with the team as he is only focusing on the upcoming South Africa series.

While talking to reporters in a virtual presser, the 46-year-old Misbah admitted that the national team's performance has not been up to the mark and the home series against South Africa provides a perfect opportunity to regain confidence.

'Not satisfied with the performance and want to improve on that. Our sole focus is on the South Africa series and I'm not focusing on what will happen in the future,' Misbah said.

'I don't believe that (my future) has anything to do with the South Africa series. I have always played cricket under pressure and you have to perform. Have always believed and learned to do well in the present rather than looking ahead,' he added.

On the other hand, he also revealed why National High-Performance Center (NHPC) coaches Saqlain Mushtaq and Mohammad Yousuf are with the side.
