No Bus Passengers Injured in Brake Failure Incident

A public bus traveling with 33 passengers swerved off the road when the bus' brakes failed. The incident occurred on Saturday morning, at around 8:35 a.m., near Geser Monastery in the fifth khoroo of Chinggeltei District.

The Fourth Micro-district National University of Mongolia Dunjingarav Market bus was following its normal route. The police refused to give further details about the incident, but confirmed that no one was injured, after four doctors examined all the passengers on the spot.

The bus eventually stopped after going off the road, and was on the verge of falling over when Fire Department No.10 firefighters arrived at the scene.

All the passengers sat and stood on the safer side of the bus until the firefighters arrived. The emergency workers helped the passengers get off the bus safely after using poles to prop up the bus to prevent...
