RAWALPINDI -- Commissioner Liaquat Ali Chattha on Tuesday welcomed the test launch of Yango, an international online ride-hailing service, in Lahore and expressed the hope that it would also start operation in Rawalpindi.
He stated this during a meeting with a delegation of International Yango company led by Anton Zykov at the commissioner's office.
