RAWALPINDI -- Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Rawalpindi Circle has developed a new system to track down the increasing cases of vehicle theft.

District management has taken a laudable initiative to establish Anti Car Lifting Cell (ACLC) of experts to detect and impound the stolen/tampered vehicles, informed Superintendent of Police SP Mustafa Gilani while talking to reporter.
