Nabila Abbas, Alumnus UMT has been recognized with the highest accolade a young person can achieve for social action or humanitarian efforts - The Diana Award. She has been selected from Pakistan for her mission to educate women and girls growing up in rural Pakistan, empowering them to achieve their ambitions.

Established in memory of Diana, Princess of Wales, the Award is given out by the charity and has the support of both her sons, The Duke of Cambridge and The Duke of Sussex. The Diana Award values and invests in young people, encouraging them to continue to make a positive change in their communities and live of others.
