MoU to overhaul filtration plants.

FAISALABAD -- The district administration and the Silani Welfare Trust have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for overhauling 42 water filtration plants.

The MoU was signed on Friday by Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali and Sailani Welfare Chairman Maulana Bashir Farooqi.

The trust will look after the overhauling and running of the filtration plants for three years to ensure the supply of safe drinking water to citizens.
