MNA accused of receiving kickbacks in recruitments.

KARAK -- Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl MPAs Malik Zafar Azam and Mian Nisar Gul Kakakhel have accused Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf MNA Shahid Khattak of receiving Rs400,000 kickbacks in recruitment of Class-IV employees in health department.

Addressing a press conference on Friday, they alleged that Mr Khattak had replaced medical superintendent of district headquarters hospital Dr Fakhr-i-Alam with Dr Jameel Anawar as he had objected to his alleged interference in the hospital's affairs.

The lawmakers said the posts should be filled through a draw.

They alleged that the MNA was installing the signboards of the uplift projects to be completed from the provincial government's Annual Developmental Plan. They said it was their right to inaugurate development projects completed by the provincial government.
