MIRPURKHAS -- Member of the National Assembly Mir Munawar Talpur has said that one of the blessings given by Allaah is the beauty of the universe which relieves the soul. This he said while addressing the inauguration ceremony of the 62nd annual 3-day Flower and Vegetable Festival in Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Park Mirpurkhas on behalf of the district administration.
