Men's singles semis line-up decided.

ISLAMABAD -- Top seed Aqeel Khan, Muzammil Murtaza, Mohammad Abid and unseeded Huzaifa Abdul Rehman qualified for Federal Cup men's singles semi-finals here at the PTF Complex on Friday.

In the first quarter-final, Barkatullah took a 4-1 lead in the opening set by breaking the second game of Aqeel. Veteran Aqeel fought back to level the score 4-4 by breaking seventh game of his opponent.

Aqeel went on to bag the set 6-4. Dominating the proceedings, Aqeel comfortably took the second set 6-2 by breaking fifth and seventh games of Barkatullah.

Aqeel faces Huzaifa in the semi-final.

In-form Huzaifa made another upset in the tournament when he outclassed fourth seed Mudassir Murtaza 6-1, 6-2 in their last-eight match.

In the third quarter-final, eighth seed Abid stunned third seed Shahzad Khan 6-3, 6-2 while second seed Muzammil downed Heera Ashiq 7-6(3), 6-0 in the last quarter-final.
