Karachi -- Summit Bank Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that Ms. Fauzia Hasnain has been appointed as the Director for the remainder period by filling up the last/fifth casual vacancy on the Board of the Bank in terms of provision to Section 176 (1) of the Companies Act, 2017 and subject to necessary clearance from the State Bank of Pakistan.
