Material Information of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited.

Karachi -- Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that till date the Company's Accounts for the year ended June 30, 2022 have not been finalized as the audit of accounts is in progress due to which company is not in a position to submit its Total Revenue Requirement (TRR) case to OGRA and the decision of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) is accordingly pending.

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) was incorporated as a private limited Company in 1963 and converted into a public limited company in January 1964. The Company took over the existing Sui-Multan System (217 miles of 16 inch and 80 miles of 10 inch diameter pipelines) from Pakistan industrial Development Corporation (PIDC) and Dhulian-Rawalpindi-Wah system (82 miles of 6 inch diameter pipeline) from Attock Oil Company Limited.
