Karachi -- First Prudential Modaraba informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Draft Scheme of Arrangement for merger of the company and First Pak Modaraba with and into First Prudential Modaraba duly approved by the Board of Directors subject to the approval of the High Court of Sindh.
