Karachi: Bunnys Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that the Board meeting held on January 11, 2021, it was resolved that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Company will be held on February 04, 2021 at Lahore to approve alternation in Memorandum of Association of the Company by passing the resolution as a special resolution to increase the authorized share capital of the Company in Clause 5 of the Memorandum of Association.
