Man sentenced to death for killing brother-in-law.

TAXILA -- A court sentenced a man to death and imposed a fine on him for killing his brother-in-law over a family dispute in Dhoke Wajjan in the jurisdiction of Taxila police station on September 10, 2018.

The local court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra, concluding the trial against the accused Ameer Hussain Shah, observed that the prosecution had proved the murder charges against him of killing his brother-in-law Zulfiqar Hussain Shah.

The court sentenced the convict to death and imposed a fine of Rs200,000.

The murder case against the accused was lodged at Taxila police station by son of the deceased, Syed Mohammad Ali.
