Malakand CTD arrests alleged killers of cops.

TIMERGARA -- The Counter Terrorism Department, Malakand circle, during an operation in Maidan, Lower Dir, on Thursday arrested two alleged killers of two policemen escorting a polio team and also recovered two Kalashnikovs, one pistol and a dagger from their possession, sources said.

The CTD arrested Usama Saeed, 25 and Hameedullah, 26, during a raid at Bagh Kumbar area of Maidan. The two cops Farmanullah, a resident of Toormang, and Mukkaram Khan of Sangolai village were martyred on Dec 18 when unknown armed men had opened fire on them at Markhanai, Maidan.
