Locust to damage crops.

MULTAN -- Secretary Agriculture Punjab Wasif Khursheed said locust attack could cause huge damage to crops in the province.

He informed that proper measures have been taken for elimination of the locust, adding, a good number of spray machines and other required machines were purchased for spray.

Wasif also maintained that China was also providing machinery and technical assistance for annihilation of the locust, said a news release issued here.
