LAHORE -- Justice Farooq Haider of Lahore High Court (LHC) has recused from hearing Maryam Nawaz passport return case.
Maryam Nawaz plea in connection with return of her passport came up for hearing before LHC Tuesday.
Justice Farooq Haider recused himself from hearing the case for personal reasons.
The court referred the file to Cheif Justice (CJ) LHC Amir Bhatti. The file has been returned with a note that the CJ should fix the case for hearing with some other bench.
