Last Day of Strength and Conditioning Seminar for National Coaches

Today was the last day of 3 days online seminar on Strength and Conditioning organized by the Athletics Federation of Pakistan (AFP) and South Asian Athletics Federation (SAAF) for the Coaches and Sports professionals of Afghanistan, Bhutan Bangladesh, India, Iran Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

Four Pakistani qualified lecturers from World Athletics Mr. Rafique Ahmed, Mr. Talha Iftikhar, Mr. Tariq Mehmood Sidhu and Lt Col Ghulam Shabbir Anjum delivered lecturers in today's session. Today's session was attended by 300 participants from all the said countries.

Mr. Rajeev Bikram Shah, President Nepal Athletic Association was Chairman of the today's session who appreciated the efforts of AFP to organised this Seminar. Gen Palitha Fernando, President Athletic Association of Sri Lanka paid a vote of thanks to the lecturers, seminar...
