Lal, Ahsan inspire Millat CC.

KARACHI -- A magnificent century stand between Lal Kumar and Ahsan Bhatti set the platform of Millat CC's rousing 106-run defeat of Momin Seeds in the 34th Karachi Gymkhana Omar Associates Ramazan Cricket Festival here on Sunday.

Lal struck 80 off 43 balls with seven fours and five sixes while Ahsan hit a 42-ball 77 (five fours and three sixes) as the pair added 120 for the fifth wicket to steer their side to 202-7.

Momin Seeds' reply came to a stuttering halt at 96 in the 19th over with Saddam Hussain, Sajjad Hashmi and Shayan Naeem taking three wickets apiece.

Meanwhile, in the other match Johar Bears beat DLI by three wickets.
