Lahore Qalandars thrash Quetta Gladiators by eight wickets.

LAHORE -- Samit Patel was on song with his four wickets spell to set the tone for Lahore Qalandars to beat Quetta Gladiators by eight wickets in the 21st match of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 5 at Gaddafi Stadium on Saturday. Mohammad Hafeez (39*) and Ben Dunk (30*) finished the job for Qalandars as they won their second match in the tournament. Earlier, Patel finished his four overs spell with the figures of 4-5 and set up things for his team to dominate over the defending champions. Left-arm pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi started the party when he removed Shane Watson for naught on the second delivery of the inning. In his next over, Afridi once again dominated and this time sent Ahmed Shahzad back home. Shahzad made nine off eight.
