I HAVE been using the Karachi Water and Sewerage Board (KWSB) online tanker system application to book water tankers for quite some time to deliver water to my residence.
A 3,-gallon water tanker costs me Rs,8 plus an additional Rs,79 for transportation, a total of Rs 2979. On June 2, I made a booking (ref.26249). The confirmation SMS received from KWSB mentioned the amount payable as Rs 2,979.
However when the tanker arrived, the accompanying handwritten slip demanded Rs3,4 which left me with no alternative except to pay the additional amount.
