KP Assembly to meet on Monday.

PESHAWAR -- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Shah Farman has summoned the provincial assembly session from March 1 (Monday) at 2pm.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz MPA-elect from Nowshera Ikhtiar Wali is likely to take oath on the first day of the session, according to a notification issued from the assembly secretariat.

Usually, the governor summons the assembly session a few days before the Senate elections. The assembly passes a resolution for allowing the election commission to conduct the Senate election in the assembly building. The Senate elections are scheduled to be held on March 3.
