KP assembly approves continuation of Laws in erstwhile FATA Act, 2019'.
PESHAWAR -- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa assembly here Monday approved 'Continuation of Laws in erstwhile FATA Act, 2019' with majority allowing continuation of all withheld laws and regulations except Frontier Crime Regulation (FCR) and FATA Interim Governance Regulations (FIGR).
The assembly session chaired by Speaker Mushtaq Ghani approved the bill with majority presented by Provincial Law Minister Sultan Mohammad.
