Karachi races likely to resume after Eid.

KARACHI -- As life is slowly returning to normal in the city, the Karachi races are also likely to resume after Eid-ul-Fitr with adequate safety measures, Dawn has learnt.

It is pertinent to mention that the last races were held on March 5 and the suspension took place on March 14 in view of government announcement of lockdown.

As of now, 12 racing weeks have been affected due to closure costing an approximate loss of Rs 4m.
