Junaid denies having political ambitions.

LAHORE -- PML-N senior vice-president Maryam Nawaz's son Junaid Safdar who returned to the country from the United Kingdom on Friday, declared he will not take part in politics.

On his arrival at the Allama Iqbal International Airport, he was received by a few PML-N workers. From the airport, he left for Jati Umra residence of the Sharifs.

Though there were speculations that Junaid had returned to assist her mother after her elevation to the rank of senior vice president of the party, he categorically denied having such plans, saying he had no interest in politics 'at least for now'.
